About Holly
Holly is a certified executive coach and consultant with 30 plus years experience as a leader in the publishing and corporate training industries. Building on this experience, Holly helps leaders uncover insights and stretch their abilities by examining their beliefs, motivations, and behaviors. Leaders and teams are faced with increasing organizational complexity. Holly has successfully led teams through complex projects and initiatives. She was recognized numerous times by her peers and senior leadership as someone who pulls teams together to achieve breakthrough results in record time.
Relational and communication skills are critical given the emphasis on cross-functional team collaboration in today’s organizations. Holly helps leaders overcome communication challenges by starting with self-discovery and providing the necessary practical tools to see fast and impactful results.
