Coaching is a partnership between leader and coach.  Together, we embark on a thought-provoking and creative process to maximize potential. Leaders benefit from having a confidential coach assist in sorting out the issues they're grappling with to determine the best course of action.  A coaching engagement starts by employing an assessment to provide self knowledge and guide the conversation, once we've identified traits and working styles, we can proceed to figure out the steps for moving forward.  While the process is driven by the client, I bring extensive knowledge, tools and resources to inform the conversations and explore  issues more deeply.
